Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to gain valuable administrative experience? We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support our operations team for a 6-month contract period.
Job Responsibilities:
Diary DD Management
- Allocate and track Daily Diary (DD) requests.
- Print and distribute DD summaries to contractors.
- Update and maintain DD statistics reports.
- Record completed contractor jobs in the system.
- Disseminate compiled reports to relevant managers.
OBUM & OBU Handling
- Manage OBUM (On-Board Unit Management) requests and records.
- Process and assign OBUs (On-Board Units).
- Ensure accurate labelling and data entry in statistics and Incadea systems.
- Generate and submit OBUM reports via Concur.
Concur & Procurement Support
- Manage employee claims through the Concur system.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Assist with invoice processing and document handling.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Junior College (JC) qualification or Diploma in any field
- Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet usage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 08:30 am to 6:30 pm, Every Wednesday: 08:30 am to 5:30 pm
Working location: 6A Mandai Estate, Singapore 729903.
