Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an extrovert and qualified CDP to work in a plant based japanese fine dining. You will be working directly under the head chef to learn new plant based cooking techniques that are not available elsewhere in Singapore.
- Check freshness of food and ingredients
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
Requirements
- Proven min 2 years to 5 years experience as a chef
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
Compensation
- Full Time: $3000 - $3200 Part Time: $15/hr
Restaurant Operating Hours
- Wed - Sun, 11 - 9pm
