As the firm continues to scale and transform, they are seeking a visionary and strategic CHRO to lead the HR agenda and drive organizational excellence. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and lead the development and execution of the overall people strategy. This includes overseeing all HR functions from talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development, rewards, and regulatory compliance while building a high-performance and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-looking HR strategy that supports business growth, innovation, and regulatory alignment
- Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational effectiveness
- Champion DE&I initiatives, cultural transformation, and employee engagement across the firm
- Ensure HR compliance with Hong Kong’s labor laws, financial regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies
- Drive leadership development and performance management to strengthen bench strength and accountability
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems, analytics, and technology
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, particularly during growth, digital transformation, or restructuring phases Represent the company in HR-related discussions with regulators, board committees, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive HR role in the financial services sector
- Deep understanding of Hong Kong labor laws, SFC/Monetary Authority HR regulations, and global HR best practices
- Proven success leading HR transformation in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities
- Track record of building high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple regions Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage
