Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Board to define the company’s strategic goals and vision, ensuring alignment across the management team and stakeholders for effective execution and growth.
- Ensure the company operates in full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of compliance protocols across all functions and ensure continuous monitoring and reporting.
- Facilitate open and transparent communication with the Head Office and relevant departments. Ensure the exchange of critical insights to refine operational strategies and align them with organizational objectives and requirements. Ensure that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Provide leadership in designing and implementing training and development programs that empower employees to excel in their roles while promoting a culture of ethical conduct, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A strong academic foundation, with a Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leadership, strategic execution, and delivering results.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, budgeting, and operational planning. Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs.
