Reporting to: Executive Management / Head of Overseas Strategy
Company: A Singapore-based subsidiary of a leading Chinese private investment firm, focused on global market expansion and brand internationalization.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Growth Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end growth initiatives to drive DAU, MAU, and user LTV.
- Design and execute growth models, including A/B testing, user segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage multi-channel acquisition and engagement campaigns across TikTok/Douyin, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, ASO, influencer partnerships, community building, livestreaming, and private traffic operations.
- Develop and optimize user engagement systems (e.g., points, tiers, missions) and interactive campaigns (e.g., challenges, check-ins, livestream Q&A).
2. Data-Driven Insights & Market Analysis
- Build real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs such as LTV, CAC, ARPU, and churn.
- Use behavioral analytics and user segmentation to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Track competitor strategies and market trends to adapt growth plans—especially for Southeast Asia and other global markets.
3. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Hire, lead, and mentor a cross-functional growth operations team (user ops, community, analytics).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and branding teams to integrate growth features (e.g., referral tools, membership systems, content distribution).
- Drive cross-border projects and align with HQ on strategic growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years in user growth/operations; 3+ years in team management.
- Proven success in building growth loops and user acquisition programs, especially in content, utility, or education platforms.
- Practical experience with content-driven platforms (e.g., Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat) and livestreaming ecosystems.
- Strong analytical capability; skilled in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools for ROI modeling and behavioral analysis.
- Deep user empathy; experienced in user research, interviews, and demand validation.
- Outcome-oriented with solid project management skills to translate goals into execution.
- Curiosity for emerging tech (e.g., AI tools, AIGC, marketing automation) is a plus.
- Familiar with China’s growth playbooks and adept at localizing for Singapore/SEA markets.
