The Front of House (FOH) is the face of Second Serving. This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations or walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall guest experience is smooth, warm, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment
- Guide guests to their tables and provide menus or program details
- Liaise with Back of House (BOH) staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH areas, including entry, tables, and restrooms
- Assist with order-taking, serving food or beverages (if applicable)
- Handle basic customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Support events, special functions, or community programs as needed
