Responsible for answering tender questions, application development, on-site debugging, after-sales service, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and providing engineering technical support and management for Data Centre projects, as well as technical support and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for answering tender enquiries, market planning for supporting products, and application development.
2. Responsible for technical support during the tender bidding, installation works (projects), and after-sales stages.
3. Responsible for interpreting relevant laws and tender documents for supporting products.
4. Responsible for on-site (construction) management, on-site debugging, and project management and monitoring.
5. Responsible for customer service, allocation of after-sales resources, and customer training.
6. Responsible for TCO management.
7. Responsible for service operation and maintenance of product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in similar capacity. Experience with data center products and full-process management of large-scale projects is preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in Office software, English & Mandarin proficiency so as to be able to communicate to our Chinese stakeholders or English-speaking clients, able to read and write technical documents, and communicate in business settings.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred so as to liase with our stakeholders in China.

- Ability to interpret legal and technical documents and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. BOM Design Timeliness: The timely rate of project BOM design completion, target 95%.
2. Project Delivery Timeliness: The proportion of projects delivered on time compared to the planned delivery time, target 95%.
3. Market Share of Products: The market share of supporting products in the target market, with a target increase of 5% compared to the previous cycle.
4. After-Sales Issue Resolution Time: The average time from issue reception to resolution, with a target 3 working days.
