Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Utilize and manage various job portals to meet hiring needs
- Work closely on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
- Responsible for payroll, CPF submissions, income tax, leave, and claims administration
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
- Work closely with HODs on Compensation and Benefits, esp Appraisal System
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date
- Manage and develop company budget
