About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Conduct performance management cycles and support talent development plans.
- Advise management on HR strategies that support organizational growth.
- Be able to work closely with top management on manpower budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
