Job Responsibilities
1. Organizational & Performance Management
- Assess team performance and business challenges to develop yearly HR strategies - optimizing structures, planning headcount, and setting budgets.
- Adapt and implement corporate HR policies for Singapore, including performance management, compensation & benefits structures, leave policies, and related HR system improvements
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Drive and manage full-cycle recruitment in Singapore, developing diverse talent pipelines through university collaborations, government programs, and industry platforms.
- Build talent pipelines, drive high-potential talent assessments, and succession planning for key roles.
- Develop and implement customized learning initiatives tailored to Singapore market needs, strengthening organizational competencies.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Implementing legally sound HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Singapore employment regulations and labor laws.
- Foster positive workplace relations, addressing labor compliance risks and adherence to employment laws.
4. Business Partnership & Collaboration
- Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives by applying commercial insight and strategic HR solutions to drive sustainable business growth.
- Demonstrate comprehensive HR expertise while effectively aligning cross-departmental initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
