The Human Resources (HR) Team strives to build an engaged staff force, reinforce the desired culture and be an employer of choice. Fundamentally, the team acts as a catalyst to enable all staff to contribute at optimal levels towards the success of the organisation.
What you will be involved in:
You will gain exposure to the different functions of HR ranging from Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement projects and more.
You will also hone your stakeholder management skills and foundational knowledge of HR.
- Talent Acquisition: Co-ordinate and drive hiring, onboarding and offboarding activities
- Compensation and Benefits: Supports activities for monthly payroll movements
- Support key HR activities, events and initiatives
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
Your must-haves/ should-haves:
- Diploma and above, prior experience will be beneficial but not required
- Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posseses a growth mindset
- A strong willingness to learn and grow your skills & knowledge
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Able to work under pressure and is proactive.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English/ Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,000.00 per month
