We are looking for individuals with keen interest in fitness and an approachable personality to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth gym operations to the satisfaction and safety of our members.
Role Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Manage the front desk of assigned gym outlet, which includes but not limited to membership registration, answering enquiries in person, through phone and digital correspondences, retailing of food & beverages, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining the tidiness of the gym.
- Use the necessary digital tools and platforms for performance of duty
- Demonstrate integrity and adherence to operations policy, protocol, and guidelines
- Respond to the needs of stakeholders in a timely and responsible manner
- Ensure necessary hand-over / take-over is done before / after shift
- Account to the Studio Manager and General Manager for all matters encountered during duty
Role Requirement:
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Punctual, dependable, conscientious, and organized with a can-do attitude
- Enjoys personal interactions and have an approachable personality
- Able to commit at least 2- 3 shifts of 5 to 7 hours per shift every week between 8am to 8pm, especially on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Preferably able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months and rotate across all outlets
Certification / Prior Work Experience:
- Prior customer service experience required
- First-Aid certified preferred
Physical Requirement:
- Able to walk around the gym facilities, climb stairs, lift, clean and pack heavy gym equipment
