Functions:
- Technologist in quality control for chemistry production process & laboratory for food additive
- Hands-on with HPLC and GC knowledge and be part of the in-quality process of production.
- Maintain and develop quality manual and processes, develop/lead procedures as according to FSSC 22000, ISO and task team for Halal, Kosher and other requirements.
- Will be involved in hands-on, R&D relating to chemistry, technology, development of processes and hands-on to learn the fundamentals of chemical food additive production including scaling-up, Formulations design and hands-on operations.
- Technical application knowledge development for product management and samples, with hands-on supporting Formulations into production runs.
- Successful candidate with open minds for development, team player and demonstrate leadership qualities, will be groomed for future opportunities that includes industry facing.
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or degree in Chemical or Chemistry a high interest in the food, Pharma, Cosmetics/Personal Care industries.
- A high interest in emulsifiers related emulsification know-how and a strong understanding of chemical processes and comfortable working with HPLC & GCs, will be advantageous.
- Must have a great passion in lab and production environment that includes on shifts as when required, a high curiosity mind and a strong desire to excel and be part of a great team.
- Some knowledge in Halal, Kosher, FSSC, ISO procedures and RSPO will be advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate qualities and a strong drive to learn and will be considered for future developments.
