Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate LED lighting suppliers and manufacturers.
- Conduct factory visits and quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Coordinate with the Singapore team on procurement plans, stock forecasts, and project timelines.
- Track orders, manage shipping schedules, and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and pricing analysis.
- Support product development by identifying new lighting technologies and components.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in the LED lighting industry.
- Familiar with Chinese manufacturing processes and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English .
- Ability to travel frequently to China for supplier engagement and inspections.
- Independent, organized, and results-oriented.
