The incumbent will be responsible for all contract commercial work (creation of strategy and discussion/negotiation with Customer toward contract close, etc) related to government project in Singapore (hereinafter called Project).
Job responsibilities
- Interface with all internal relevant parties including MHI and MHI-MS in Japan regarding instructions, consultations and negotiations
- Responsible for leading and finalization of business correspondence with Customer and partner.
- To create strategy, discuss and negotiate with Customer toward completion of the whole of the works of Project.
- To create strategy, discuss and negotiate with Customer about successor model of product in Project.
- To act as a legal together with MHI-AP legal team and external lawyer firm to check & verify the terms of contract agreement before submission of correspondences with Customer and partner.
- Negotiations and contracts issue with external vendors such as government agencies or cleints
Job requirement
- Bachelor in Business Management or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) related products such as ERP and EPS.
- Microsoft Office Skill (Microsoft word, excel and power point)
- Related experience and knowledge in construction of Transport related product.
- Related experience and knowledge in construction of Transport related product.
- Japanese Language proficiency of JLPT N1 or equivalent is mandatory as this role requires the incumbent to communicate with Japanese internal counterparts and external suppliers on a daily basis.
