The Senior HR Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with the Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
- Handle HR administration including letter of appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.).
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
4. Performance & Training
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
- Track training needs and support learning and development programs.
- Maintain training records for compliance and development tracking.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure HR practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure timely submission
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Participate in projects to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
