• Expetise in Algorithmic & Electronic Trading Platform such as OMS/EMS
• Expertise in Settlement, reconciliation, regulatory reporting (e.g., SEC, ESMA, MAS).
• Expertise in Asset Classes: Equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives
• 12–20 years of experience in IT services or consulting with a strong focus on capital markets and investment banking clients
• 3 yrs experience in Hyperscale's, AI/ ML & K1GenAI models

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of ownership for strategic clients in capital markets and investment banking.
• Own account P&L, drive double-digit reven. ue growth through renewals, expansions, and transformation programs.
• Build deep relationships with global client stakeholders—COOs, CIOs, Heads of Front Office Technology, and Digital Transformation Leaders.
• Craft and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap, aligned with global client goals and local regulatory nuances.
• Lead governance structures including QBRs, CXO connects, and multi-region steering committees
• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions
• Intelligent automation of KYC, AML, and regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with AI CoEs and innovation hubs to co-create industry-relevant prototypes and scalable platforms.
• Ensure seamless global delivery in partnership with delivery heads; proactively manage risk and compliance.
• Drive outcomes through matrixed teams across consulting, product, and technology units.
• Owns P&L responsibility for the banking mega-account, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with internal sales and solution teams to craft custom offerings across digital banking, payments, ESG, and AI-driven insights.
• Manages client expectations and escalations at the highest level, ensuring consistent executive alignment
• Ensures that IT services and solutions meet the client’s global regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
