AutoWealth is an institutional-grade FinTech firm providing automated investment services to individuals and corporations. A key part of our business is managing corporate pension plans for leading companies, including Fortune 500s. Our reputation is built on a foundation of trust, reliability, and precision.
To uphold these standards and support our growth, we are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on operational excellence and client service. It is not a sales or high-level strategy position. The ideal candidate will be a "doer" who takes immense pride in flawless execution and finds deep satisfaction in a well-managed process.
You will be the primary person responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate client accounts, making you a vital and highly respected member of our team. Your performance will be the bedrock of our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
This is a multi-faceted role with a strong emphasis on operational duties. We believe in transparency, and the estimated time allocation for a typical month is as follows:
Core Operations Management (Approx. 50%):
- This is the primary function of the role. You will manage the end-to-end monthly operational cycle for our corporate clients, including onboarding new employees, processing contributions, and handling offboarding/encashment data.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions and data reconciliation.
Client Relationship Management (Approx. 20%):
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational and service queries from our corporate HR and Finance counterparts.
- Build trust through clear, professional, and reliable communication, ensuring our partners are kept informed and satisfied. Provide support to the employees of our client companies for their platform-related questions.
Business Development (BD) Support (Approx. 20%):
- Partner with the BD team to onboard new corporate clients, ensuring a smooth operational transition from contract signing to launch. Assist in preparing materials for new client pitches and demonstrations where operational insight is required.
Platform & Process Improvement (Approx. 10%):
- Use your hands-on knowledge to identify areas for process improvement and greater efficiency. Support the testing of new platform features and help create basic mock-ups to illustrate client needs to the tech team.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in an operationally focused role, for example in fund administration, banking operations, or as a technical account manager in a FinTech/SaaS environment.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a proven commitment to accuracy.
- A strong sense of personal accountability and ownership over your work.
- The ability to manage recurring, time-sensitive tasks independently and reliably.
- Clear and professional communication skills, particularly in writing.
- Comfortable with technology, especially spreadsheets, and able to learn new software platforms quickly. Based in Singapore.
What We Offer
- A Vital Role with High Visibility: This is a critical function, not a back-office job. You will work closely with company leadership, and your contribution to client retention will be highly valued and recognized.
- A Professional, No-Fluff Environment: We have a culture of direct communication and high accountability. We value the quality of your work above all else.
- Career Development: This role provides a fantastic opportunity to become a subject-matter expert in FinTech operations, with the potential to grow as the company scales.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and meaningful share options, allowing you to share in the value you help create.
If you are a serious professional who is motivated by precision, reliability, and the opportunity to perform a critical role at a high-growth company, we encourage you to apply.
