We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner (AVP level) to lead a team of 5 and partner closely with senior leaders. In this role, you’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution , driving HR initiatives that shape culture, build capabilities, and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering : Work with leadership to design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Culture & Engagement : Build a strong performance-driven culture and drive employee engagement across the business.
- Talent & Workforce Planning : Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.
- Organizational Development : Support change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance & Rewards : Drive the annual performance review and Compensation & Benefits review processes.
- HR Excellence : Collaborate with HR CoEs to implement best practices, ensure compliance, and deliver impactful HR programs.
- Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team of 5.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience with leadership and people management responsibilities.
- Strong track record in HR business partnering, preferably in fast-paced and complex environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse HR challenges under pressure.
