Administrative Support
- Record daily sales reconciliation for all outlets and market
- Data entry into QuickBook for sales, receipts,supplier bills and payments
- Maintain updated database related to Inventory, accounts and store performance
- Prepare weekly cashflow
- Prepare and organise official documents and reports for review
- Handle company email and reply as necessary.
- Collaborate with accountant to prepare financial accounts.
- liaise with banker, landlords and other suppliers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- Trainings will be provided
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years experience in administrative role
- Have at least 2 years experience in data entry and bookkeeping, not necessarily can do full set of accounts.
- Able to multitask
- Have a positive attitude towards work
- Independent and Team player
