Key Responsibilities

Strategic Footprint Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the manufacturing footprint across Asia to support rational supply chain decisions (e.g., regionalization, “where we build/where we sell” strategies). -
Leadership in Strategic Decision-Making:
Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams to support long-term supply chain strategic decisions. -
BCP (Business Continuity Planning) Management:
Lead the BCP project portfolio across the region, coordinating with GSC, LoBs, and project teams to ensure timely execution and reporting. -
Project Execution Oversight:
Plan, direct, organize, and coordinate all activities related to ongoing transformation projects, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals. -
Performance Tracking:
Track and report on the performance of BCP and footprint transformation initiatives, focusing on key metrics such as cost savings, CSC, O2 reduction, and productivity. -
Capacity Planning:
Conduct regular reviews of CAMA and investment plans with factories to ensure sufficient capacity to support regional growth ambitions.

Education:
Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering degree - Professional Experience:
- At least 10 yrs of proven experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Product Development. Strong experience on Design to Cost, Product cost engineering is strong plus
- Had experience leading industrial transfer projects successfully
- Has a solid experience with industrial standards (LEAN, Six Sigma, MTM) and ‘MADE IN’ regulation in India, China and East Asia
- Strong background in industrial strategy and manufacturing processes, preferably in electrical, or similar industries.
- Experience working in highly matrix and diverse cross-cultural organization.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products (speed drives, programmable logic controllers, signalling products etc) is a strong plus
- Had led teams before as a people manager and able to manage and influence complex stakeholders

Effective in multifunctional reporting environments, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational structures. -
Innovation & Problem Solving:
Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. - Project Management : Ability to lead a complex and high stake project end to end
- Material Flow Design and Methodology : Able to train/coach lean leaders and experts in the implementation
- Lean Methodology : Can identify the main E2E breakdown in a given flows, analysing data, using the standard lean toolbox (flowcharts, e-VSM/VSM, swimlanes, etc). Can quantify the stakes and generate action plans Can lead E2E Diagnosis in any E2E flow Has led minimum 2 stream on E2E Diagnosis with success results
