Position Overview
The Business Development Director will lead the company’s growth strategy, driving new business, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the offset printing market. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales leadership to achieve long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to deliver performance goals.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure high-value printing contracts with corporate clients.
- Work with production teams to design tailored offset printing solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- 8–10 years in sales or business development, with at least 6 years in printing or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Deep knowledge of offset printing processes and cost structures.
