About the role
Our impact extends beyond the factory floor. We install what we build, standing behind every engineered system we deliver. As Deputy General Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of high-performance steel door systems from custom-designed, precision-manufactured to professionally installation while driving strategic sales, tendering success and contract oversight.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate closely with the heads of department and top management to develop and implement the company's strategic vision and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyse financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to drive operational excellence.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term growth plans.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior management role in Construction and manufacturing field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a diverse team to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
