Combining a social club, co-working space, and an evolving calendar of events including discussions, parties, DJ nights, wellness sessions, and corporate launches, we create catalytic moments that stimulate both the intellect and the senses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and manage salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
- Implement retention strategies to attract and retain top talent, particularly in premium service roles.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Ensure objective, data-driven, and fair performance evaluations.
- Identify skills gaps and develop training programs for employees at all levels.
- Partner with external institutions (e.g., ITE, polytechnics) to create market-ready programs.
- Lead initiatives for upskilling, leadership development, and service excellence.
- Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
- Build initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of hr/ people/ business management experience.
- Proven track record in creating and delivering high-calibre, innovative events from concept to execution.
- Comfortable navigating analytics across key metrics.
