We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.
Mission: Facilitate the growth and retention of Sleek staff globally through implementing world class HR Ops systems and data.
Outcomes:
The candidate will likely focus on 2 of the below 4 Talent Management pillars at a time
HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory filings across all markets in collaboration with the Finance team, resolving any payroll-related discrepancies within 48 hours
- Ensure all contracts, benefits, and personal data are current, accurate, and securely stored in Sleek’s HRIS’s
- Manage employee relations cases with fairness and compliance
Onboarding and Offboarding Excellence
- Deliver a seamless and enjoyable onboarding processes that integrate new joiners into Sleek's culture
- Assist managers with the delivery of clear 30, 60, 90-day plans with measurable success criteria for all new hires within their first week
- Ensure the delivery comprehensive offboarding that protects company assets and maintains positive relationships with departing employees
Growth and retention
- Drive the execution of performance management framework with clear career pathways and recognition programs that retain talent for a meaningful period
- Ensure high-performers are provided with tools and pathways for sustained growth
- Facilitate performance check-ins for all team members, ensuring consistent standards and meaningful development conversations
- Design and execute team-building initiatives and culture enhancement programs to strengthen collaboration and belonging
- Achieve high participation rates in quarterly engagement surveys, analyze results, and communicate clear action plans within 30 days of survey closure
Learning and Development
- Ensure the successful completion of mandatory training modules
- Launch and manage structured L&D programs, delivering dedicated training sessions each quarter meeting participation rates and satisfaction scores targets
To do this, you will have
- Minimum 5 years HR Ops experience
- Strong familiarity with Google workspace environment, especially Google sheets and slides.
- Hands-on experience supporting performance management cycles, career frameworks, and recognition programmes
- Managerial experience
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse teams
