Job Description:
We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to support basic accounting and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and general admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Accounting Support:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Track and update payment records.
Office Administration:
- Handle general administrative duties, such as filing and document management.
- Assist with office coordination and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- On-site presence is required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and bookkeeping.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in admin and accounting support is a plus.
- Must be able to commit to a two-year contract term.
