They are responsible for driving revenue and securing bookings through direct sales and effective relationship management, ensuring all client inquiries and reservations are handled proactively to surpass guest expectations. Additionally, they oversee corporate account management in Singapore by identifying potential clients, evaluating opportunities, and promoting the Resort's Villas and Meeting Spaces.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving revenue and securing bookings for the Resort through direct sales and relationship management.
- Prospects and develops new business continuously through customer interaction or research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and negotiating sales contracts.
- Implement sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
- Responsible for implementing sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility to exceed the segment goals for the Resort.
- Prepare and organize sales proposals and activities.
- Ensure all client enquiries and bookings are managed in a proactive manner that exceeds guest expectations.
- Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and develop solutions.
- Regularly review account portfolios, analyze performance, and present findings to Director of Sales & Marketing for action planning.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, account review with Director of Sales & Marketingand discuss strategies to achieve the set target.
- Weekly update of sales activities and other sales reports as needed.
