Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer segments.
Set and monitor sales performance goals and KPIs for the team.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for management review.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve results.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training where necessary.
Foster a high-performance sales culture with accountability and teamwork.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Handle negotiations, contract discussions, and closing of high-value deals.
Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to enhance client retention.
Operational & Reporting
Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and conversion ratios.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
