Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The role involves building and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, integrating with other systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive digital service transformation. Experience in Java development and Agile delivery is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom apps.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver project milestones.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide support as needed. Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and emerging tech.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including ServiceNow platform expertise.
- Proficient in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Custom Apps, Integrations).
- Experience with Java (Java 8 or later) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git). Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management frameworks.
