Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Preferred: Background with managerial experience
- At least 5–8 years of management experience , ideally in:
- Healthcare
- Hospitality (for service quality)
- Postnatal or eldercare settings
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
Desired Skills:
- Client-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations
- Familiar with confinement practices, cultural sensitivities, and infection control protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational functions of the centre
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations
- Supervise nursing staff, support staff, and admin teams
- Develop and implement SOPs for patient care, safety, and cleanliness
- Manage budget, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Handle client feedback, service recovery, and escalation cases
- Collaborate with marketing and HR for business development and staffing
- Oversee training programmes and staff development
- Maintain quality assurance and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (suppliers, auditors, government bodies)
