Key Responsibilities
Corporate HR Functions
- Plan, lead, and direct the Human Resource (HR) Team.
- Recruit, interview, and plan training for new employees.
- Prepare employment forms, letters, CPF and tax matters.
- Oversee HR functions, review and monitor all HR policies.
- Plan and budget for employees’ annual remuneration.
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals for effective recruitment and retention.
- Facilitate professional development of all employees and maintain records.
- Perform other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Centre & Education Operations Support
- Coordinate with ECDA and related agencies:
· Prepare and submit documents for License Renewal
· Manage CMS / One@ECDA systems and reporting
- Support overall centre operations:
· HR management of teachers, assistant teachers, cooks, and cleaners
· Recruitment, deployment, onboarding, and training for centre staff
· Attendance, leave, and overtime management for all staff
· Collaborate with Principals on parent communication and operational matters
- Regulatory & Compliance Management:
· Ensure compliance with ECDA, MOM, CPF, IRAS and other relevant regulations
· Prepare and maintain operational compliance documentation for regulatory submission
- Operational Efficiency:
· Review manpower deployment and support budgeting for centres
· Develop staff welfare initiatives, workplace culture, and team-building programs
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resource managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in education/childcare industry HR preferred.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with management and centre staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,200.00 - $6,700.00 per month
